Smart athletes know when to back off their hardcore training to rest and recover. Do you? The fitness gains you’re working so hard for can’t happen without some strategic breaks & tools.

Below are the tools for recovery at the recovery zone, BattleRush.

Foam Rolling

Roll over your sore spots to relieve tension and stimulate blood flow.

Cold Therapy


The ice bath are believed to:

  • Constrict blood vessels and flush waste products, like lactic acid, out of the affected tissues.
  • Decrease metabolic activity and slow down physiological processes
  • Reduce swelling and tissue breakdown
  • Then, with rewarming, the increased blood flow was believed to speed up circulation, and in turn, improve the healing process.

Percussion Therapy

Break through in soft tissue treatment

Involves a revolutionary handheld devise that jolts target areas of the body with gentle pulses of pressure.

This way we are able to target specific muscle soreness without noticing a lot of the pain that comes with it.

Compression recovery

Rapid Recover is a compression system used for increasing circulation in the limbs, to assist with the removal of inflammatory fluids and circulate rich blood and nutrients back to areas needing restoration and repair.
